If the services ordered by you are not possible, we will

a new delivery date to you or, with your agreement, we
may be able to supply you with substitute services. If
we have received payment from you for services not possible,
or you do not wish to wait for services, and/or decline
our offer of substitute services, we will refund the amount
paid, within 7 days of receiving your reply.
Order Delivery:
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates
for you based on the availability of your services .With
our best efforts we will deliver your order within 11
working days of accepting your order and payment. Delivery
dates are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable
effort to ensure that services are delivered 11 days of
being ordered. Please check your order status by logging

Cancellation of the order:
You can cancel your order 10 days before the delivery
date. In this period, we will deduct 25% charges. No cancelation
is possible if you cancel it 9 days (or less) before delivery
date.

In case any service has a technical problem (internet
problem at our end, bad weather, riots etc), then the
same will be either redone on next possible date (with
informing you) or will be rescheduled on case to case
